kicked out of my account suddenly and can't log in any more, the two step verification process accepts my code and then never logs in

so much to register. I just want to use it for a day to study. The app is slow, bad User Experience.

No serious thought put into using app. no instructions included on basic things like connecting to WiFi or printing. even the help says "contact team member". why did they even bother pretending they have app.
