Tried to register so I could use a space, and the app wouldn't let me. Constantly lagging and closing and reopening the keyboard, when I got past that, it tried to make me register a company and it wouldn't let me back out. I had to close the app and it wanted me to register completely again and I decided no

I signed up for a monthly membership, entitling me to five visits per month. I use the app to book each visit when I am commuting in to the city. However, the app defaults the booking date to the following calendar day, even when booking at 8am in the morning, which means I sometimes book for the wrong day. This resulted in me being charged $94 for a day that should have been free, and customer support refuses to issue a refund.
