Rehearse puts you in a live conversation with an AI character who pushes back like a real person. Get vague and they press harder. Be clear and fair and they soften. Hang up, see exactly how it went, and go again.
How it works
Pick the conversation. Choose from 15 scenarios drawn from the moments people lose sleep over, from saying no to a senior manager to delivering a layoff with compassion.
Say it out loud. Talk by voice, or face to face with a lip-synced character who reacts while you speak. They stay in character the whole way through.
See what you actually did. Seconds after you hang up, you get two things that landed, one thing to try next time, and a score built from a rubric you can see: clarity, empathy, assertiveness and structure.

You can also write your own. Describe the conversation in a sentence, choose how hard the other person pushes back, and rehearse the one you actually have coming up.
Your streak and score trend show how often you're rehearsing and how your scores are moving.

Rehearse is free to start, with 5 scenarios and credits for your first sessions. A subscription adds all 15 scenarios, writing your own, longer sessions and fresh credits every month. Voice practice uses 1 credit a minute; face to face uses 5.
Your privacy
We don't use your conversations to train AI models, and we don't sell your data. Transcripts delete themselves 30 days after each session, and you can delete your account and everything in it from the app at any time.
Conversations are in English. Rehearse is for adults aged 18 and over, and it isn't medical, psychological or financial advice.
