Very erratic app! Initially when me and my wife started using the app it came up with different names instead of ours! We are senior citizens and keep struggling to use the Fitness Tracker. Haven't tried to use the other features, but from what I have read in other reviews, sounds very poor! N The server is very slow. The Steps and the Healthy Days suddenly appear half cut out! The number of healthy days are much lower. Your App developers look amateurs and unprofessional!

The app is useless and so is their service. The app keeps telling me my policy number has changed..then asks me to map The new policy number..and when I try to do it..it tells me the new policy is already mapped. What is the point of making it go digital through the app when u can't maintain standards..? This is so frustrating. U can't even get status of any of your claims..uploading documents is next level not possible for these people. Getting better app developers. Disappointed!!!

I'm very unhappy with the transparency and customer support. Firstly they added add ons without taking my permissions and when I tried to reach out to their customers support which is very difficult as they have been able to hide it so effectively in the app. Finally when I was able to call them they mentioned that we have updated this in Annual Mail. After this also I asked them to remove my add-ons but still they haven't done it wheras on the call they mentioned it's done. Pathetic platform
