I have had a very bad experience using this app money for food I uploaded in my account never came till today I had to stay hungry think the will load that money yet not I think the app is a scam a that's why you only have to write them they don't have a WhatsApp or call line you can tell with them one one you email them and they reply after 2 hours please don't use this app for any money transaction like one day you will regret it.

I had a very bad experience with the USD virtual account my money has been locked in this account for days for no reason asking me to clarify source of funds which I have provided countless times and I still can access my funds

To be honest this app is very good and smooth to use, no lagging, no delays. My only problem is that it doesn't work for Netflix, I would be very happy if the developers update the app to be able to purchase Netflix. Thank you 😊
