ID verification frustration. I've never been so frustrated with a service as I am with this app to send money. Asking for way to much confirmation if my bank and visa confirm it by sending me codes and other verification and i send you my ID and Bank info why bother with more. this was extremely stressful to deal with, at least the customer rep were kind and helpful but i still cancel my transaction. (Update) from 2 star to 5! Wow love the update and thank you for all the help Best app/service!

It's been more than 1 week i cancelled my Transaction and till now i didn't get my refund it's a scam app where they send a fake receiptthat they have initiatedthe refund with some manuallytyped receipt through mail not a computer generated one. They have the worst customer service and they don't respond with correct answers, they always say that i used debit card in my transaction so money will be 1 or 2 days late! That doesn't make sense.I don't recommend this. Don't want to give 1 star also.

Best app for currency exchange considering rates and usability. I love that everything is online and I can see the rate right away. I had an issue with adding an account, and it was resolved with the help of support in promptly manner. For the dev team: It would be convenient to be able to remove accounts from UI, since there is a limit to them, and knowing that upfront would also be helpful.
