If you press three button you get an add so you cannot use the remote to type anything or find a channel if you press the button more than three times. you have to wait 20 seconds to use it again. So many ads. The maker of the app makes sure you have to purchase the remote. It functions well when you are actually able to use it between the outrageous amount of ads. This definitely does not make me want to purchase the remote because I feel overwhelmed just using it.

If you like adds then this is the app for you! I only had this garbage app for 1 day as I would have to watch multiple adds to adjust the volume on my tv. It said watch an add for 30 button clicks and I watched a 30 second add and then got another ad after only 2 button clicks🤔. Trust me it's easier to get up and adjust it on the TV. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Thos app is just so awful. It used to do what it was supposed to, I.e. turn the tv volume up and down and change channels up and down. Even turn the tv off. Used when I just couldn't find the real control. Now, one has to disable 200 plus cookies indivualualy, takes about 10 minutes. I don't have that time or patience. I would also have found my own LG control during that time. I did the update offered, just as bad. Take my advise, don't install, and delete if already installed. Deleted.
