Furthermore, with Ariston NET Pro**, your service centre can provide 24/7 assistance, monitor the product and intervene to solve any problems, even remotely!

edit 01/01/26: the app stopped working, I guess their servers are down. the app is decent but it's very slow to load, each time I open for a refresh (to see flat temperature, to see consumption for example) it loads for like 30 seconds 1minute+. I get stale data until this long loading is completed. I have fiber WiFi at home so I wouldn't expect such poor updating times. it would also be great to have 3 heating temperatures, right now we're limited to 2 (comfort and reduced)

Scheduling doesn't work. Also some cloud service isn't working thus stopping the app from working so I can't change my heating or turn it on or off. Completely unacceptable. Your help and service requeats process are also useless so far and fail to fix anything. Avoid buying anything Ariston ay all costs. DO NOT USE is an alternative is available.

More temperature options. It would be nice to be able to set different temperatures. At the moment we have Comfort and Reduced, id like to be able to set different temperatures to just those two. I can do it manually from the panel on my wall so I should be able to do it from an app.
