I can log in to my Ariston NET account normally when no device is connected. However, when I connect my boiler, the app gets stuck indefinitely on “Registration in progress...”. The boiler is then visible as connected in my account via web browser, but I can no longer log in to the Android app and only get a generic “Error”. If I remove the boiler via the web browser, the app works again. The issue happens every time I reconnect the boiler with my account. Support wasn't helpful at all.

first time connecting a heat pump on wifi. it was a bit fiddly at first, then got used to it. good to have if you want to properly schedule your appliance and modes. Update 24 Aug: The app updated and now I lost the device that's currently connected. Now, I have to do it again and the UI looks different too which made it more confusing for something you only need to set once and forget. I would suggest to improve on this part whenever you do improvements whether that's UI/UX.

App does not work, after creating an account and attempting to add the water heater it just hangs, after killing it and restarting again it does not allow me to login. Just says Error with no explanation. The worst app experience ever. Edit: Also your link does not provide any useful information. I have already requested asistence with this but no one has responded yet
