Renetik: FX Recorder is a touch-friendly FX Rack for recording, processing, editing, and exporting audio on Android. Capture vocals, guitar, synths, percussion, podcasts, or live audio, then shape the sound with session presets, waveform editing, MIDI control, and configurable effects.

The free version lets you record, import, edit, and try the rack workflow. Audio effects beyond the free limit require an upgrade; the Full version unlocks the complete paid feature set.

Record and route audio
- Use device input, main recorder, file import, sample library, or clipboard paste.
- Record new takes, overdub existing clips, then accept or revert the result.
- Select input channels, monitor levels, adjust input gain, use the limiter, and compensate recording latency.
- Choose output routing, pan, track volume, master volume, mute, and audio panic.

Edit samples precisely
- Full-screen waveform editor with zoom and scroll.
- Set playback position, start, end, and offset markers.
- Work in time or beat display when BPM is known.
- Restart and loop playback, copy and paste clips, clear audio with confirmation, and export usable files.
- ADSR controls for attack, decay, sustain, release, and loop shaping.

FX Rack workflow
- Pre-fader and post-fader rack sections with visible effect slots.
- Effects include Filter, EQ3, EQ7, Reverb Simple, Reverb Standard, Reverb Pro, Delay, Distortion, Noise Gate, Compressor, Limiter, and Chorus.
- Effect editors include presets and direct parameter control.
- Delay supports beat-synced and millisecond modes.
- Render clip-level effects into audio when you want to replace the source.

Sessions, MIDI, and sync
- Built-in sessions include Podcast Clean, Rock Guitar, Ambient Echo, Vocal Warmth, Studio Magic, Live Performance, Drum Room, Bass Booster, Vocal Clarity, Guitar Crunch, and Mastering Suite.
- MIDI input mappings for app, mix, and effect controls with learn, test, and reset.
- MIDI sync output for clock, transport start/stop, and metronome notes.
- BPM, sync time, and metronome controls are available from the main rack.

Settings and export
- Themes including system, light, dark, blue, gold, wood, pastel, and sepia.
- Performance tuning for audio input and output.
- Data import/export and audio storage format settings.
- Supported storage/export formats include WAV, AIFF, FLAC, ALAC, MP3, OPUS, OGG, and AAC.
- Foreground notification controls for playback, metronome, master mute, recording, and exit.

Ratings and reviews

it adds good volume with a sound bar . it can carry it through a wall for volume . the noise gates , particularly the live one , mutes well for the fuzz distortion. i just plug a headphone amp into an irig 2 and output to headset , which is the aux cable to sound bar it gets loud

Limited effects available for free. In app purchases are very expensive. Cannot preview effects before purchase. Everything has to be purchased separately: Presets: $18 MIDI Control: $18 Audio effects: $12 Themes: $12 Export and Import Data: $12 Total: $72 Seriously? I can purchase an actual pedal in that amount of money. UI looks old. Changing any setting is a full screen dialog. Not intuitive at all while holding a guitar. Runs in background. Doesn't stop even after force quit. Not worth
