RentBook is an offline rent ledger for small landlords managing 1 to 20 rental units.

Add your units, tenants and expenses, and RentBook keeps the rent ledger for you: rent due, paid, part-paid and overdue, arrears totals, and collected-versus-due totals per unit. Payment recording is simple, and everything stays on your phone — no account, no sign-up, no cloud.

At tax time, RentBook builds your Tax Year Packet: one dated PDF per year with every unit's rent ledger, expense list and per-unit totals, ready to hand to your accountant.
