Our free app searches over 100,000 rental apartment listings by location, and by using simple and advanced filters, all to help you customize your search to find the perfect place.

• Apartments matching your preferences are presented in a clean, streamlined interface to help you find your next home.

• Message the managers for apartments you like directly from the app to schedule viewings. Push notifications and SMS messaging ensure that you never miss a response!

• Search results are ranked using our proprietary HopScore based on their freshness, accuracy and completeness, as well as the responsiveness of the manager who listed them with us. You can also sort by price.

• Listings: Activating and reposting listings have never been more convenient. The sleek interface gives you a great overview of your active and inactive listings and which listings need to be repost, edited, or featured. Do you have a listing that is no longer available? You can easily deactivate your listings within the app to ensure you have the most up-to-date inventory presented to renters.

• Messages: Read all of your latest rental inquiries from interested leads and reply on-the-go to ensure higher HopScores. Push notifications and SMS messaging ensure that you never miss a response from an interested renter!

Ratings and reviews

Definitely the worst app for potential renters. No options. Setting your precise budget, rather than a random number in increments of 250, requires you to tap through multiple menus (another reviewer doesn't even know they can do that because it's so hidden), as does any other key requirements like bedroom count. Both UI and apartment listings are lacking (for a month, no hits where other apps have many).

Major Bait and Switch site. Everytime I inquire about a listing, I get the runaround and told about other listings. The one I inquire about is never available. I hate that the site allows Realtors/Brokers to not list physical property address. That is usually the sign of a bait and switch. Multiple Brokers advertising the same "listing." Incredibly unreliable and annoying.

1 STAR WAS MISTAKE. Somehow i have an agent account instead of renter...for 2 DIFFERENT accounts. No. I did not make the same mistake twice. No way to delete account when you are done. O...you can send request to them. All searches are high to low prices. You do get a crapload to sort thru yourself. Above are my issues. Try it if you will. Hope it works for you. I see the same listings in NYC on ALL of these sites so picking the one or two that work for you is best.
