About this app

ReplaceCycle is an offline replacement tracker for household and personal items that wear out on a schedule. Create a custom item or start from a built-in template for common consumables such as toothbrushes, kitchen sponges, water filters, HVAC filters, razor blades, and vacuum filters.

For each item, set the last replacement date, replacement interval in days, weeks, or months, location, category, notes, and reminder lead time. The due dashboard prioritizes items that are overdue or approaching their next replacement date, with a clear progress indicator and due status.

Record a replacement in one tap, update several selected items at once, and review replacement history later. Search by item details, filter by category, archive inactive items, and restore them when needed.

ReplaceCycle can send local notifications before a due date and after an item becomes overdue. Notification permission is requested only when needed, and the app remains fully usable if notifications are disabled.

Privacy is simple: ReplaceCycle has no account, no ads, no analytics, no cloud sync, and no internet requirement. Structured app data and replacement history are stored locally on your device.
