I built RepRest because many fitness apps have become too complicated. During real workouts, I just wanted a simple way to remember which exercises I planned to do, how many sets were left, and how long I should rest between sets.
RepRest keeps that workflow simple.
Tap once when you finish a set. The app records your progress and automatically starts the rest timer for that exercise. You can move between exercises freely, check which exercises are resting, which are ready, and what still needs to be completed.

RepRest is not a fixed interval timer or a complicated fitness platform. It is built for real strength training sessions where you may switch between exercises, adjust your pace, and keep your training log simple.
Your workout records and plans are stored primarily on your device. RepRest does not require sign-in and does not proactively upload your training records to our servers.
