Reps is a workout tracker and gym log for people who lift. Open it, log the set, get back to the bar.
No account, no subscription. Works offline. You'll log your first set a minute after installing.
LOG SETS ON THE FLY
Start a workout with one tap from the home screen. Every set shows last time's numbers greyed out, so most of the time you confirm and move on. Split sets into warm-up and working, enter weight in kg or lb. Tick a set off and the rest timer starts by itself. Someone stopped to chat, phone died? The workout log is waiting where you left it.
BUILT FOR STRENGTH TRAINING
Reps is a strength training log first: barbell, dumbbell, machine and bodyweight work, tracked as sets, reps and weight and nothing you don't need. Push/pull/legs, upper/lower, 5x5, a powerlifting block or bodybuilding volume — this workout tracker fits without any setup.
SEE HOW IT'S DONE
401 exercises, each with a video and step-by-step instructions, so you don't have to glance at the guy next to you to check what a Bulgarian split squat looks like. Missing one? Add your own and decide whether it counts weight and reps, reps only, or time.
PLAN YOUR WEEK
A routine is a list of exercises in order. A plan is routines in rotation or pinned to weekdays: push, pull, legs, repeat — and the app knows what's on today. Walked into the gym without a plan? Start an empty workout and add exercises as you go.
WATCH THE NUMBERS GO UP
Every exercise in the gym log has its own charts: estimated 1RM (Epley), heaviest set and volume over time. The workout tracker catches personal records by itself. Stats show weekly strength training volume, muscle-group split and your current streak. History is a list, a month calendar or the whole year as filled squares, so every longer break is visible. Share a finished workout or a new record as an image to your Stories.
ASK THE AI COACH
The AI coach sees your workout log: history, progression on every exercise, records, active plan and weekly volume. Ask why your bench has stalled for a month and you get an answer about you, not a generic tip from the internet. It writes a routine or a whole plan on request — nothing is saved until you've reviewed it. Got a plan from a coach? Paste the text, a photo of the sheet, a PDF or CSV, and it turns it into a routine, adding any exercise the library lacks as your own. Needs a free account; daily messages are capped.
TRAIN IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Thirteen languages, and not just the buttons: all 401 exercise names, instructions and search aliases are translated, so "deadlift" and "martwy ciąg" both find the same movement.
YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
Everything runs on your phone, offline, with no account. Create one only when you want a cloud backup, the same gym log on a second device and the AI coach — sign in with an email code, Apple or Google. Export your history to JSON, delete your account from Settings. No third-party trackers and nothing is sold; anonymous usage telemetry is optional, asked once, and stays off if you decline.
YOU DON'T PAY A CENT
No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads, no pro tier. Nothing is locked.
Reps is built by one person. I was tired of workout trackers where logging a set took longer than the set, so I made my own. If something is missing or broken, write to support@repsworkout.com. I read everything.
Minimalist workout tracker & gym log. Log sets in seconds — offline, no account.
