This app has come a LONG way since it was first released, and for that I'm happy. There are still a few glitches, which is annoying, but the app is less than $100/yr, and customer support responds to issues, so it doesn't bother me too much. I'm canceling my subscription because all the challenges include supersets in every workout, and that just doesn't work well for public gyms. I know there's a home option, but the workout isn't as intense without all the gym equipment.

Really wish this would sync with Garmin or at least MFP. Google Fit is worthless. I don't want to purchase another watch or walk around with my phone in my hand all day. Don't make the mistake of going to your profile; the app almost forces you to join Google Fit, and you have to 'Force Stop' just to get back into it because the popup won't go away! Looks like I'll only use the app for the workouts and plugging in meals. I can't spend time manually entering steps, sleep, caloric burn, etc. 😫

I really like this app! It helps me keep track of my macros no matter what eating plan I am practicing. It has a great catalog of food choices so you can find just about any brand from any grocery store or restaurant. The workouts are challenging and effective. I love Jenna. She is very personable and relatable. The app is a little buggy at times and lately has been very buggy when I try to search for foods. My other concern is about modifications for some of the workouts in the app. People in their 30s- mid 40s and younger will do very well with this app while people over 45 may need something different because of metabolism changes, body and hormonal changes and the normal changes that come with menopause and pre-menopause. More help in that area would be great Other than that, I think the app is great@
