Daily check-ins
Log your mood, urge level, relapse status, and a private journal entry. Your streak, mood calendar, and history are visible on your progress page.
Urge log
Track urges as they happen, including intensity, trigger, duration, and outcome. This is separate from your daily journal so patterns become easier to notice over time.
SOS tools
Open quick tools when an urge hits: 4-7-8 breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, and a short urge-surfing practice.
Community
