- We’ve introduced a powerful new feature that allows family members to raise feedback requests directly through the FamilyHub app. This enhancement makes communication with care staff easier and more transparent.
- Families can upload and receive pictures and chat with staff via a comment thread on each feedback request.
- User Session & Inactivity Timeout: To enhance security and protect sensitive data, we’ve introduced user timeouts.
