About this app

Tenants that use Resident Inventory have a simple convenient way to document their inventory and condition move-in inspection.

This app will enable you to take photos, type comments, and mark condition checkboxes. Use voice dictation for faster comments and keep all photos organized with each room area’s item. When complete you can view and download your report. A copy of your report will automatically be sent to your property manager.

Ratings and reviews

- App does not work. I tried it on android and IOS. Had to completely retake photos and everything only to find it still does not upload. Easily took up hours of my time. - Allow us to delete and rename rooms if you're going to allow us to add them. - UI needs work, does not scale across devices - Cannot upload photos from file system, it is live photos only-- making it extremely difficult to use. Cannot export a copy. - Cannot move photos to other categories, have to completely retake them.

UI on Android is broken. camera and inspect photo buttons are covered by main UI bar at bottom of screen,and barely operable. Comments sections can be opened, but there is no visible way to save comments, and no way (including back button) to exit comments screen and return to main screen. The only way is to fully exit and restart the app, which deletes the comments. App is unfit for purpose.

The app is not fully compatible with my android phone. challenges putting in comments to finish my preconditions check. I had to change out of some phone default settings just to see more of the screen display.
