About this app

Restoo Pro is the app for Restoo's partner restaurants. It puts your reservation book, menu, and restaurants in your pocket, so you can manage your service wherever you are.

REAL-TIME RESERVATIONS
• View reservations for today and the coming days, restaurant by restaurant.

• Accept or decline a request with a single tap. A refusal, cancellation, or modification includes a reason, which is sent to the guest.

• An urgent request will ring your phone, even when the app is closed. If a colleague has already processed it, the ringing will stop.

• Create a reservation yourself, whether taken by phone or at the counter.

GUEST CHECK-IN
• Scan the guest's QR code upon arrival to confirm their reservation.

• Indicate their departure at the end of their meal.

ALL YOUR LOCATIONS, ONE SELECTOR
• Switch from an overview of all your restaurants to a single restaurant, then to a single location.

• Upon opening, the app can be placed on the location you are currently in. Your location is compared on your phone and is never transmitted.

YOUR MENU AND OFFERS
• Add and edit your dishes with photos, prices, and dietary information.

• Publish the daily specials and your current offers, immediately visible to diners on Restoo.

YOUR CUSTOMER DATABASE
• Access each diner's history at your establishment and add a note (habits, allergies, preferences).

YOUR TEAM AND SETTINGS
• Create accounts for your managers, hosts, and servers, and assign each person the appropriate permissions for their role. • Set up opening hours, special closures, rooms, deposit terms, and alerts for each establishment.

• Track deposits received and refunds.

Every thumbs-up given to your restaurant by a satisfied customer also appears in the app.
