unefacture.pro (Une Facture Pro) is the invoicing assistant for merchants, artisans, and small businesses in Ivory Coast and West Africa.
You speak, it writes. Simply say: "Create an invoice for Konaté: three shoes at 2,000 FCFA, one loincloth at 5,000 FCFA." The assistant prepares the invoice, calculates the amounts in FCFA, numbers it, and formats it. You check it, you send it.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Dictate an invoice or quote aloud, or write it by hand
• Correct an invoice verbally: "change the price of the fabric"
• Send the invoice as a PDF via WhatsApp, email, or SMS
• Export to Excel
• Find your clients and products, automatically added
• Record payments received (Wave, Orange Money, MTN, Moov, cash) and see who still owes you
• Import your old invoices (PDF, Excel, photos)
• Manage multiple businesses from a single account
• Add your logo and legal information (RCCM, NCC)
SIMPLE AND HAZARD-FREE
The app is free, with a monthly subscription to the assistant. The Artisan and Merchant plans offer additional features, available through a monthly subscription within the app. If your monthly allowance is used up, the assistant will pause, but you can still create, send, and export your invoices manually: your data remains accessible.
YOUR DATA
The assistant uses artificial intelligence (DeepSeek): the app asks for your consent before sending anything, and you can withdraw it at any time. Voice recognition is provided by your phone. You can delete your account and all your data from within the app.
Subscriptions: automatically renewed each month, cancelable at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
