Hello, I would like to request a refund for the P850.00 weekly trial offer (Resume Builder: CV Maker PDF) charged on February 12, 2026. The purchase was accidental and the subscription was canceled immediately. The service was not used. The amount was supposed to be for my grandmother's medicine, and this unexpected charge caused financial difficulty. I sincerely hope you can consider a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

I used this app for only 1 day during the free trial and didn’t continue using it. Despite that, my GCash was automatically charged 850 pesos. I didn’t use any of the features or resume templates, and there was no clear warning before the charge. After debiting the amount, the subscription was suddenly canceled and I couldn’t even use the remaining days. I also can’t get a refund. This feels misleading and scam-like. Please be careful.
