New Update issues I do most of my writing on an ASUS ZenPad S 8.0, along with my Samsung phone. After the latest update, Docs refused to open on my tablet. It works on my phone, however. Slides and Sheets work fine on my tablet, as does Gmail. Hopefully this will be fixed, and I can go back to writing on my tablet.
very useful and productive Current text in edit mode is unnecessarily huge. Needs ability to zoom out to page width/print-view-like mode while editing. sliding left and right for tables and images gets very tedious. Seeing more of the document can be useful while editing too. 2017-07-21
Was Good Then...WTF? I'm at a loss for words. I've been using Google Docs for two years habitually. It was great, granted, not a ton of features or add-ons, but it got the job done. I was happy, I got complacent. Well, lately it's been giving me real trouble, it's choppy, slow, says it's saving, in fact it slows down even more because it will save every time you do anything, only to not have saved at all. I had to run the same spell check 4 times. Desktop same problem. Look elsewhere.
great very strong word app. i have used it multiple times for various documents and it has yet to let me down. any app though can be improved upon. more icons to personalize the document would be great.
Could be more intuitive When making a doc, it should be easier to tell it exactly where you want it stored in the drive. At the moment, the function to change it's location is buried quite deep. Learn from Evernote.
Easy and simple to use !!! Lite and can be use on any devise and with the help of google drive you can rest assure your file is safe and secured... can be shared easily and never worry about not saving... this is what I call a productive application... cheers for that ! !!
