About this app

RethinkCare, a division of Rethink Autism, is a holistic parenting and behavioral health benefit offered by employers to their workforce. It is not directly available to individuals at this time. Please reach out to support@rethinkcare.com for questions about eligibility.

RethinkCare is the only digital platform that uses evidence-based, clinically-validated approaches to support employees’ ongoing parental, personal, and professional needs.

With 29 training areas, 370+ mini-courses, and 9,000+ daily sessions and resources, RethinkCare offers the largest digital skills training library for employees’ needs across all areas of life—from work life to home life and everything in between.

RethinkCare may integrate with the Apple Health API to receive Apple Health data (e.g., Sleep and Steps) which we use to provide our services such as recommending content to users.

Working parents also have 1:1 access to live Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). These graduate-level parenting experts are available by appointment, day or night, to help parents understand and act on their most complex challenges. This includes support for parents of children with learning and behavioral disabilities, such as autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome.

RethinkCare is available in nine languages across more than 120 countries to help users be better parents, better employees, and better versions of themselves.

Eligible employees can sign up through their employer and begin their journey to a healthier and happier life. Available user content is based on each employer’s specific subscription.

I was having trouble after the new app was introduced. The app was bricked. Nothing would work. It wouldn't sync with the Virgin Pulse app either. I sent in screen shots to the help desk, & their team suggested I uninstall both Virgin Pulse & RethinkCare apps & reinstall them. Now, the app gets the correct user data from Virgin Mobile, but none of the courses will play. 3 🌟 for such quick tech response. I'll bump it up after the app is fixed b/c I really enjoy this app when it works.

Before update, app worked great with easy access through Virgin Pulse. Update DOES NOT WORK. Yes, I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, restarted phone, tried logging in every way possible. Still get a user decoding error. Rethink Care tech support should fix the app instead of having each individual contact customer support. That IS NOT customer service when you roll out an update that clearly does not work and you don't fix the issue!

Briefly produces 'getUserDecodeError' message after jumping through all the login hurdles, then just sits on a logo screen with a white background. Can't actually use this app, because of the login issues. Responding to less than useful developer response: Considering the reports from other users having the same issue, the developer needs to resolve the app issues for everyone not just one individual at a time.
