New user for a week. I can't figure out how to download or copy out a line transcript from the app. It seems they want to force users to use their AI tool but this doesn't work for me. Uploading is troublesome. It constantly goes back to pending, will go from mostly uploaded then back to 0% or will error out. I need easy in (uploading the recording), then easy out, downloading the full transcript in .txt or .doc format. Other add-ins might be cool but shouldn't get in the way.

this is one of the most helpful apps I have downloaded in ages. there are so many options to choose from in this app. unbelievable how incredible I'm truly grateful. I love it for the audio file and what it can do and tell you about your audio files and sum it up and tell you even the words spoken it's amazing. thank you developers. 🤘 have not seen one ad. I haven't even upgraded, yet.

I have several recordings I made only to find that all the sharing functions were faulty and there is literally no way at all to get the recordings off the phone digitally. I'm really upset - there used to be an email option, it's gone. There's a Dropbox button, it doesn't work. The other link options always fail to begin transferring. Having to go elsewhere.
