*UPDATE* from 3 stars to 2 stars. The sync issue is STILL NOT fixed after months. I have to constantly wipe app data to get the error to go away. Also have an issue now where if I try and share a planned or saved route the app just freezes on the share page while constantly acting like it's loading. I can never share or download routes anymore. These issues are extremely frustrating especially after months and months of the same issues. Will most likely not renew my membership when it's up.

saved a route, pretty flexible to create and try different things. Took me 10 minutes to find it the next day. The route does not auto correct as you go, just keeps saying the original directions again and again. Then the screen locked. I am riding a motorcycle at 60+ mph in the cold with thick gloves on. I can't unlock my phone while riding. Finally, I closed the app, but it is still working in the background. I had to "close all" for it to finally stop. Very frustrating.

When it works it's great, but after recording 7-8 rides, so far it's only recorded 1 ride in it's entirety. Just today I went out for what was probably around a 25-30 mile ride and it only recorded 8 miles. I use a Galaxy Note 20; and it's not a permission or power savings setting issue either, as Strava records my MTB rides just fine. So I know for a fact it is an app problem. Time to try another app.
