I purchased a refurbished laptop from them that was advertised as being in excellent condition, but they sent me a damaged laptop instead. I requested to return it, but their customer service was so poor that the return process never happened. After that, I sent the laptop back under warranty for repairs. I will never buy any product from Revibe again in the future. I purchased a Samsung S21, but due to an issue with the phone, I requested a return on the same day. Even after 10 days, my return has not been processed, and no courier has come to pick up the device. Their so-called 10-day return policy is misleading. I do not recommend trusting Revibe's return service based on my experience. I recommend buying refurbished products from Amazon instead, as their return service good.

This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY! They refuse to refund me after more than a month since they sent me the wrong device. The company continuously stalls and makes new excuses why they have not processed the refund. In fact this is an organised scam, whereby the company sends the wrong device, and pockets the money, and takes back the returned device. Do not buy under any circumstances.
