The worst website for buying mobile phones. They sell poor-quality, heavily worn-out and refurbished phones while advertising them as being in excellent condition. The phones may have poor-quality batteries, replaced screens, and non-original back covers. Many of the devices appear to be refurbished using non-original replacement parts. Their customer service is unresponsive, and they refuse to accept returns even when the product has defects. And if they do agree to a return, they ask for a 10%

Absolutely terrible experience. The phone was advertised as Excellent, but it arrived with dust and a fingerprint inside the camera lens. On top of that, the battery drains incredibly fast. This is unacceptable quality control. I deeply regret this purchase and would not recommend buying from them.

Extremely disappointed with Revibe. I purchased a mobile phone from them, and it came with a non-genuine / "Unknown Part" screen notification. To make matters worse, their customer support is refusing to claim or honor the warranty for this issue. Totally unprofessional and misleading service. Do not recommend buying from them!
