Ratings and reviews

One issue after another with afterpay. Avoid the headache! They gave me a $600 credit limit at first. I put in one order and paid it off early. Every attempt I made to place another order was declined. I even tried a small $30 order just to see if they'd even allow that. NOPE. I had no late fees on the first order. I was told it was because my account was new BUT it will remain new when not allowed to use it lol Common sense went out the window. Afterpay deserves zero stars!

Today I wanted to buy an item on Amazon but was declined multiple times. I had previously used AfterPay twice for purchases over $300(both @ Amazon) I made my payments on time; in fact, I actually paid off the balances early before the due date. This is why they increased my spending amount to $700. Guess they do nothing but decline larger purchases now Useless to have $700 if I can't use it! They suggested I use an alternative means of payment; I did. Used Sezzle & was approved. Bye, AfterPay

Horrible app, horrible company. This is the most inconsistent service. It allowed me to use it, instead of paying back in installments, I paid it off which raised my spending level. A month later, I try to make a important purchase, UNDER my spending limit and was denied 🤷🏾‍♀️. If you need to use a buy now, pay later...do not even try this one, they are terrible and there are other companies who are better and more consistent.
