Keep getting the no server running message Doesn't work on the Galaxy s5 tried reinstalling the app numerous times and also triple checked everything else. It works on my co workers apple products just fine.
New access is terrible The way the app accesses the dvr now is very slow and even between camera changes .. the previous version was much faster
Doesnot connect anymore I have been using it for over 2 years. Now after the update i am not able to use the app. It says "server error or sth" and "network timeout". Not sure what happened with the new update.
After the new update the app doesn't connect to my DVR. Really is an inconvenience...

I wish I could rate a zero right now!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED in this APP!!! Not one of my managers can log into this app even watching the YouTube how to videos...Still haven't even heard back from the tech support about assistance :/ OVERALL right now I'm an not pleased at all with the app...0stars
