Ratings and reviews

This is the GLITCHIEST system. Someone can walk by and the camera will blank out, screen reads "disconnected", then the screen pops back on after a couple seconds. THANK GOODNESS THEY WERE JUST WALKING BY. The camera went offline so fast I barely got a glimpse of male or female or what they were wearing. NOW the damned app crashed and I cannot log into my account. Judging from the reviews, I'm going to be calling the BBB, AGO and Consumer Affairs. This is unacceptable!!!!!

The 2.35.1 version of the app continuously crashes. Fortunately, this was fixed on 2.35.2. I would recommend disabling auto update after you upgrade to 2.35.2 if you want to ensure the availability of the application so this doesn't happen again.

Since the last update on 26 August the app crashed immediately upon execution. Android smartphone. Required uninstall and reinstall plus log in. Hmmmm. Seems suspect to me. But at least it is working.
