Ratings and reviews

Absolutely trash of an experience. Every charger takes Ages (yes, ages, not seconds or minutes) to start charging. Same with syncing. Always stuck at 'syncing.....' for 15-18 minutes every single time. What are you syncing for 15+ minutes, people? Are you using our devices as a network sharing device? I can't understand what it is that you are doing for so long. Also, the technicians have 0 knowledge of how things work. Tried with 2 different of them. Absolutely trash and a horrible experience.

The application needs a lot of improvement but I'm not here to tell you that you should improvise things in your application. I wanted to suggest a feature instead, i.e. when I'm able to book charger and assign time for charging, I should also be able to increase it from the application if I want to and should be able to do it remotely. First I thought maybe two way communication with the module from long distance is not possible but you can end the ride remotely so.

why bluetooth is mandatory, unless one searches for a nearby device. Add filter for public vs private or restricted chargers. chargers within Gated community or a corporate office are of no use and not relevant for Public, if entry is restricted, just misleading the reality and actual chargers with overall just to attract the count.
