Very disappointing experience with Bold Charging. I was genuinely interested in buying your products, but getting proper assistance from your sales team has been extremely difficult. Even after trying to contact them, no one seems to respond properly or take the enquiry seriously. If a company is serious about selling its products, the sales team should at least respond professionally and help customers with their questions. This kind of poor response makes me question the quality of customer

Looters When we start charging they only start after 12 seconds. And it stops early as well. Looting bit by bit. Shame on you. Update. Today 19th july 2026. I was trying to charge my vehicle for 10 minutes. The charging started when the timer hit 9:15. 45 seconds waste. This is why i don't like bolt. Everything else is just perfect. Why are you people like this? Changing my stars from 2 to 1.

One thing I've noticed is that I can switch to another app while charging and come back later without losing the charging session. It continues tracking properly, which gives me confidence during longer charging sessions.
