Ratings and reviews

They have ZERO customer support. I have reported an issue three times, twice in the app, and once to the email listed. I have not heard from anyone in over weeks. Still haven't fixed the playback issue. I still haven't heard from support.

Much better than previous model we had Ultra seems to make a big difference in pic quality as well ...

Damn app is worthless! The entire system is bad!
