Important fixes.

• Skills dealt no damage when effects were turned off. They now work at any graphics level.
• Sometimes a different skill was cast than the one selected. Fixed.
• Moving a pet between the two slots showed two pets. Fixed.
• The second pet slot now displays correctly and in the right place.
• Lower memory usage when viewing other players' equipment.
