Ratings and reviews

Just bad. Crashes often, freezes up when I get out of a customer profile to where I have to log back in again. Even if you're logged in and open up another app, it'll freeze up and you have to restart all over again. It's far more complicated getting where you need to. I only have it downloaded because it's required for my job, but almost exclusively use the browser since that's so much easier to use.

Leads go blank, and it constantly keeps me logged out. I keep losing leads to coworkers because of this.

update- just completed update and still says needs update. Cannot log in. it crashes alot as someone else said. constantly having to log back in. it does not allow you to see vin of vehicle they purchased. desktop version is great but app needs work.
