Ratings and reviews

Just bad. Crashes often, freezes up when I get out of a customer profile to where I have to log back in again. Even if you're logged in and open up another app, it'll freeze up and you have to restart all over again. It's far more complicated getting where you need to. I only have it downloaded because it's required for my job, but almost exclusively use the browser since that's so much easier to use.

mediocre GUI, confusing, unintuitive, hard to navigate menus that aren't very similar to desktop version, and just like the other reviews have been saying for years: crashes often

Absolute trash! Crashes every single time you back out of a client profile and will not reload without logging back in. Update 6/11/22:. I realized I was being too kind in my former review if I could rate this app with negative stars I would... the crashing issue has not been resolved. That is bad enough on its own, but the functionality of the app was trash to begin with.
