About this app

PDF Editor Pro edits the PDF itself — not a copy, not a picture of one. It is the PDF editor from the Mac, now native on Android: a menu bar, floating palettes and keyboard shortcuts in resizable windows on Googlebook, Chromebook, tablets and DeX, and a compact layout for phones.

CHANGE WHAT IS ON THE PAGE
• Click into a line and rewrite it: insert a sentence, delete a word, set the size and the colour
• Add new text anywhere, and place an image or a page of another PDF as movable content
• Change the fill, stroke and opacity of a page object from the Edit palette
• Save writes your change into the file you opened, with the original bytes kept as a prefix, so nothing else is disturbed

MARK IT UP
• Highlight, underline and strike out real words: the mark follows the text, not a rectangle drawn near it
• Freehand ink, rectangles, ellipses and lines, sticky notes and text boxes
• Stamps: Approved, Draft, Confidential or your own label
• Every mark is an annotation that comes off again, and every one is a single undo; the Annotations palette lists them all

SIGN
• Draw, type or photograph your signature and initials, and keep them in the Signatures palette
• Sign Every Signing Spot goes through the signature fields of the document one by one

PAGES, IN ONE PLACE
• Organize Pages shows the whole document as a grid: drag pages into order
• Insert pages from another PDF, extract pages to a new PDF, duplicate, rotate and crop
• Bates numbering, headers and footers, watermarks, and removal of the watermarks already there
• A Pages sidebar with thumbnails, bookmarks, Go to Page and Find

FORMS AND REDACTION
• Fill in interactive forms: text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons and lists
• Redaction that means it: mark words and apply, and the hidden text is gone from the file, not covered by a black box someone can drag away

COLOUR AND DOCUMENT
• Swatches in RGB, CMYK and spot colours; the Separations palette shows the inks a document really uses
• Document Info: properties, fonts, colour spaces and images of the file
• A badge in the status bar tells you when a font is not embedded and is shown with a substitute

TAKE IT ANYWHERE
• Export PDF, Export with Compression with presets and a before/after preview, PNG, JPEG and TIFF up to 600 dpi, and Word (.docx)
• Share to any app, and print through Android printing

AI CONSOLE
• Ask how to do something with your PDF and get a straight answer; attach pictures for context
• Runs on the device with Gemini Nano where supported, or with your own Claude or Gemini key in Settings
• Report any answer from the chat with one tap

BUILT FOR BIG SCREENS
• Its own GPU rendering engine draws every page: embedded fonts, shadings, patterns, transparency
• Several windows at once, one document per window, with the classic menus and the desktop keyboard shortcuts
• Light and dark appearance, following the system
• A feedback chat inside the app, with screenshots

Honest about its limits: a command the PDF format cannot express is greyed out instead of pretending to work.

No account, no ads, no in-app purchases. Your documents are edited on your device; the app never uploads them.
