I’ve been trying to contact GrabPoints support to change my account email for several days now. I already provided all the required information, but I haven’t received any response. My message was marked as read, but still no update. This is very frustrating because I need to withdraw my points, and I can’t access my account properly. Please do something about this. Your users deserve better service.

The website and application are scammers. I wasted a whole month wasting time and entering surveys and leaving money on the website. At the end of the month, when I came to withdraw the money, they stopped the account. When I asked what the mistake I made was, they said we couldn’t say anything and they would take their percentage from the survey providers. They said that my points that I requested to be replaced with money were stopped and frozen and could no longer be withdrawn.

this do not offer surveys. at the end of clicking all those statements, spending your precious time. Indeed, I spent extensive time trying many surveys, but at the end of it, "you're disqualified" welcomes me. it's a SCAM.
