Why do you force everyone to use mobile app for loan submission. Mobile phone is good for simple task and task on the go. Housing loan is neither simple or on the go. Sometimes management people is idiotic just want to catch the trend of seveloping mobile app. Only young people love mobile phone, people in my age group hate mobile phone. Ask yourself dobyou only want young people as your customer. I rather apply loan with other bank than using mobile app!

Inconvenient. Why dont the agent just do it instead of making us doing it. Imagine those who are having difficulty understanding what you guys wanted in the system. 2 stars for the great layout though.

no suggest using apps, coz no one follow up, in between try contact banker with whatapps & call, no call back & no reply, until waiting a week, finally manage to talk to banker, banker answered :"afraid HQ pull back, so no follow", Eventhough finally banker get my info for get valuation first, let see...LOL
