The app froze and I couldn’t even press the “Next” button during IC verification. Then after restarting, my application attempt disappeared and now I have to wait 24 HOURS to try again. The app is the one that froze, but I’m the one being punished by having to wait 24 hours. Even when the system scan my ic, it's not even correct at all and i got accused and the system said the data that i fill isn't sync with the IC.

Not user friendly. Totally can not log in after switch to new hand phone. Call their phone banking, no one pick up the call. Go to their branch, write a report on this, also can't solve the issue. End up decided cut all the credit cards and close the bank account. Really frustrated, no more RHB in my life
