This app is supposed to have voice control, which it doesn't, & it is NOT Alexa compatible! As of 11/26/24 they still have not fixed this. They claim that it will work for an iPhone yet when Android outnumbers iPhones 3 to 1 they still don't have it working for Android phones. Also the alarm has to be set daily. There is no way to set it up for a schedule of any kind. This makes no sense and is labor intensive. This would be 1 of the best bed frames on the market if they could just fix the app.

The app needs a serious upgrade. There is no option to dial the intensity back down a notch on the massage and off apparently doesn't work. The voice commands page just says hello. And no instructions for setting the memory options which are apparently not the same as those on the actual remote. The only positive I see is finally having the 30-minute "massage" option again since it was removed from the "upgraded" remote.

App looks like it gets stuck on the loading screen forever - just tap the screen to get into the app! Easy to pair with the bed, works well to control bed motions. Easy to program memory positions.
