I can't get this app to work on anything except apple products. This issue has been occuring for a very long time and I'm sure at this point they'll never fix it.

Still not working a year later. Contacted their staff many times. The app only still works on one old iPad but not our phones. Months of not fixing the app for Android users rendering bed non-functional, as remote(s) don't work either. Don't buy an adjustable bed from LivingSpaces. They stopped supporting their customers a few years ago, turns out.

Too bad we can't rate this at a zero. Use to work OK . It can't function at all even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Don't try to get help from living spaces. You will just get caught in an unanswerable loop of excuses.
