Still not working a year later. Contacted their staff many times. The app only still works on one old iPad but not our phones. Months of not fixing the app for Android users rendering bed non-functional, as remote(s) don't work either. Don't buy an adjustable bed from LivingSpaces. They stopped supporting their customers a few years ago, turns out.

My remote and Revive App suddenly stopped working after 3 years. We talked to technical support. To resolve the problem you need a QR code that is on page 12 of the user guide and an App named Richmat. We can control our beds again using Richmat. :)

Worked great. Then it suddenly disappeared. Reloaded it but get a constant error message and won't open. Please fix!
