I have a samsung 22 ultra and the app is up to date on there end but not on w.silver, I think it would be better to get this fixed for a better quality of life, I paid for it but not getting service on this situation, samsung has done all that needs to be done but w.silver has not, they need to update there app in order for my bed to work properly, can someone please help I'm not getting anywhere with w.silver now for 5 months
