New function - Monitor Event (early release)
The Monitor Event function is the initial release of a tool to assist in monitoring events as they are in progress. For each entrant it shows how many seconds since the car last reported its position (X means no position information has been received), the high water mark (highest CP passed), a count of Restart CPs that have been missed and a count of timed CPs that have been missed. Suggestions for adding additional monitoring functions are welcome
