THE QR CODE TO SCAN IS WAY TOO TINY. I can never consistently scan the code on the first try, and I end up holding up the line trying to scan it. I also think that the digital card and physical card should be able to be used interchangeably, especially in case a physical card gets lost and should get locked through the app. Finally, I think that service alerts for delays should be improved to try to avoid ghost buses, sometimes the real time isn't accurate.

This app and the new Ride Metro fare card are absolutely horrible! The Q card was always reliable. I've been riding the bus for decades now and have never had difficulty until now. The new app is useless and causes my phone to restart every time I open it. I cannot add money to the fare card because it can only be done through the app, the website or a grocery store I can't get to bc it takes 2 buses to get there. The app doesn't work. The website also does not work and just gives me an error.

If you want to know how much better the interface could be, look at the Transit app. In the 'text' description of the route, it's hard to make sense of the steps in the route. Good luck trying to know when it's time to xfer buses. And why can't I leave the app to return minutes later and still see my route - WHY DOES IT RESET!?!?!? When you look at the graphical route in the map, things are no clearer. Bus transfers are not delineated. Why can't I type in 'home' for dest/dep & it
