RidePal is the next generation of mass transit - a shuttle network created to service today’s commute needs. Anybody can ride with RidePal, just register on www.ridepal.com and get yourself a greener, more comfortable, more productive (Wi-Fi!) commute.

WHERE’S MY BUS?
Need to know where your bus is right this second? The RidePal app provides real-time tracking capabilities for all our routes, just select the one you want and see the bus’ current location and how close it is to your stop. Select the stop and you’ll see the scheduled arrival time.

Ratings and reviews

Basically functional. Workfkow glitches often require tapping the Back button twice. If server is down, the error message is incorrectly No Internet Connection. No messaging support, if the bus is delayed or out of service, we're expected to know by third-party channels (email or slack). The useless video shown before signing in takes up my device's memory for no good reason.

Not a great app... Website is better. I had to download it for school transportation and it's super glitchy... When I look for my route it isn't in either the AM or PM list... Additionally, when I try finding it with the "To" "From" function, it glitches into a blank white screen. Lastly it syncs terribly with the website version of your account. Possible potential for a great idea but really quite glitchy. Also it's funny how the Operations Manager of the app itself is the only good review...

Terrible: The app is poor, and the service is worse. The app won't let you navigate away from a route without doing a force stop and re-opening it. The service is unreliable, often making my kid late to school or leaving her stranded. High School is stressful enough, but this "service" takes anxiety to a whole new level!
