I'm in ATL and the request only shows photo, name, total price, pick up address and trip mileage. All I want to see is photo, rating, price, mileage, and distance to pick up spot, not the full pick up address. You can use those 2 lines of text for more important things. Once I accept the trip then I should see their name & pick up address. Needs a little work. But this is excellent pay compared to Lyft & Uber. Thank you

Your suggestion to prioritize information such as the photo, rating, price, mileage, and distance to the pick-up spot is valuable to us. Signing up on app is not good. Can't take pictures or upload cause keeps asking for permissions it already has. Ugh!!! Still having same issues. Keeps asking to upload picture but won't let me. Having issues getting paid for few rides I managed to get. No responses from help tickets or CS. REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER!!

A good driver app that needs some more updates. A great feature to add would be tha ability to show ride request notifications over apps similar to Uber & Lyft, so you don't need have the app screen directly displayed to accept new requests.

Hi Elijah, thank you for your feedback. Please note our operation phone number, 404-410-9300 for any support you may require. For scheduled rides, before heading to the pickup location, you should hit start in my pickups tab. This way, the rider would be notified you are on the way and from that point, any cancellation by the rider is chargeable.
