What's the point of a reservation system if a reservation can be canceled with no explanation whatsoever 5 minutes after the ride is supposed to arrive? I chose ride specifically because I could create a reservation a day in advance. That was a huge advantage for me over Uber and Lyft, and it failed spectacularly.

Excited for this app to get popular. Love the feature where I can select a female driver. Unfortunately I haven't been able to try a ride yet because when I try to input my payment info it keeps saying to enter zip code but there is no box to enter a zip code.

App kept hanging up when I tried to type an address in. Had to use the map, a very laborious task. No way to enter preferred locations likrs nle 'home' or 'work'. Driver never available for pick up at work. Program is too young for me at this time.
