this is garbage. constantly logs you out. asks for a PIN, then forgets it asked last time and asks for a new one each time. doesn't always load pharmacies. prices aren't always accurate. won't let you put letters for apartments, only numbers (so I probably can't do mail orders). no option to report all the app failures so they can fix it.

Absolutely terrible app interface. Fire your UX team!! It's not at all clear in any way that in order to see in network pharmacies, you need to first select your medication. There's also no way to change the radius you're looking at when you do select your medication from whatever it defaults to in the backend. So for example I only ever see five in network pharmacies and can't change the criteria to look at a larger radius in order to see more options - there's just no option to do that.

If you have to use this app, I feel for you. No, things won't magically transfer from your old company. When you call, you're sent to walgreens or mark cubans company. 2 of 28 items transferred and all had refills remaining. There is no reason whatsoever to use this third party company. HR companies looking to save $ could have gone to walgreens or mark cuban's company instead of getting this 3rd party app that provides zero value in a rudimentary, unfunctioning layout.
