I booked an AC service for ₹599 through your platform. However, the technician asked me to cancel the booking and charged ₹1200, stating it was required. I paid the amount. This is concerning as the booking was cancelled and I was charged higher than the listed price. Also when i try to raise the issue in the app..it always errors out saying special characters are not allowed.

I booked a service, paid charge while booking almost 15 days ago. No service yet and there is no customer care response as well. It's a scam. Update: The feedback from the app team is misleading. I have been trying to contact the customer service in the given number but those people are not helpful. They say once u book service and pay the money you are at the mercy of the service centre. They can neither arrange service nor refund money. disappointed.

Worst service. Initially it seemed like there is a disconnect between technical team and customer support. Lately I have realised that the agenda of both these teams is to provide worst service to the customer. There is no care for the customer's complaint and their time. Extremely disappointed. Will not be buying from Reliance Digital/Reliance products. Edit: Response to the message sent by ResQ team, i have called and emailed your team multiple times with no closure. Lost hope now.
