Very pathetic app and service. I had to pay in advance for Top Load Washing Machine repair and though a service request was raised (6028373), it was marked as closed, without the service being provided. No message, no one called but in the app, it was marked as CLOSED, with no way of reaching out regarding this, except for an option to contact them through an in app email. We don't know if the email was even sent because we didn't receive any confirmation. CCare number is not provided in app

The most ridiculous app I've seen. It's been more than 10 days I've raised a service request for my washing machine which is still in warranty and no one even cares to contact me and the status on this app just says In progress, very annoying service. Have called customer service many times and even visited the store in person and all they kept saying please wait we will send someone. The most frustrating part is these guys don't have the resolution, they just have an apology. Very poor service.

Horrible service.This is a trap. I will not recommended this.They will say comprehensive free service for 2 years but while booking thru app u have to pay online and later...They probably use the trick that people will forget and loose the paper and separately app will charge money.Very unfair. AND AFTER THIS I WILL GET AUTOMATED AI REPLY asking to contact...1800....but they also said cant help...The Escalation numbers are also not picked...So its trap
