Worst service. Initially it seemed like there is a disconnect between technical team and customer support. Lately I have realised that the agenda of both these teams is to provide worst service to the customer. There is no care for the customer's complaint and their time. Extremely disappointed. Will not be buying from Reliance Digital/Reliance products. Edit: Response to the message sent by ResQ team, i have called and emailed your team multiple times with no closure. Lost hope now.

No proper options to reach support. they tell and the executive is assigned but there no update even after 10 days. I have raised requests to cancel the service several times for address change. nothing happened. I don't know why they push to install this useless app rather than keeping a simple number to contact.

I have bought extended service for my top load washing machine from reliance and I purchased a 3 year extended plan .I haven't updated any plans in the app.When I purchased the machine, I got a 2 year LG warranty and purchased a 3 year resq plan. Total 5 year plan.but When I called, they said that LG's warranty is different from ReSQ's. Your ReSQ warranty will remain active only for 3 years from the date of purchasing the product. And no warranty is showing in the app...
