Very disappointing service experience with Reliance Digital and reliance RESQ. It has been almost one month, and one part of my washing machine is still not installed. Despite repeatedly following up, I have received nothing except assurances and promises. There seems to be no actual action being taken to resolve the issue. A customer should not have to wait for a month for a simple service request, especially when the product is under warranty. If the required part is not available

The most ridiculous app I've seen. It's been more than 10 days I've raised a service request for my washing machine which is still in warranty and no one even cares to contact me and the status on this app just says In progress, very annoying service. Have called customer service many times and even visited the store in person and all they kept saying please wait we will send someone. The most frustrating part is these guys don't have the resolution, they just have an apology. Very poor service.

Hopeless service. Terrible experience. I had opted for the top-up warranty for my water filter and requested a yearly service but my ticket was closed without any servicing being done. Ironically, I got a message asking me to book a new request if I wasn't happy with the service but if I try to request the service again, it just shows me a message that booking date has already been provided. On top of it if you try to contact support, it just sends an email for which no response is received.
