No proper options to reach support. they tell and the executive is assigned but there no update even after 10 days. I have raised requests to cancel the service several times for address change. nothing happened. I don't know why they push to install this useless app rather than keeping a simple number to contact.

Resq is a fraud service and they just keep stalling during repair claims. They don't even pay the brand which causes further delays. in my case TV within warranty is still awaiting repair even after 30 days of complaint registration. a bunch of incomplete people will try to address your query with empty words and fake status. please think twice before availing this service. update: the good guys from reliance digital continue to deceive the customer and failed to make payment to Sony brand.

this app doesn't work properly. My address and phone Nos. are visible the product I brought is not listed. I got the message "no device found"whereas recently I received the free second device for my BPL Split AC purchased from Reliance Digital Show Room at VIP ROAD KARELIBAUG VADODARA. PLEASE remove the big and upgrade the app.
