This app is a fraud. a few months ago I had seen videos and reels where the customers were complaining they didn't receive the products and other complaints. and then In may I was seeing some very good reviews and the adds were also good. so I ordered. the order that arrived was completely wrong. Then they took away thr wrong order. and I am yet to receive the right order I paid for. Neither am I getting a refund. Customer service sucks

Worst shopping experience ever. A prepaid order placed on 30 June 2026 with Tira is still neither delivered nor cancelled. My refund hasn't been processed either. Customer support does nothing except repeat, "Wait 1–2 business days" or "Wait 2–4 business days," over and over again. Even after emailing the details requested by Reliance Retail, there has been zero resolution. No product. No refund. No accountability. Think twice before placing a prepaid order with Tira.

I ordered from Tira again, and this time my experience was completely different from the first. The delivery was fast, and all the products arrived in good condition. I just wish the products were a bit fresher. On the bright side, I got a really good discount too, so overall it was a much better experience.Also one of the products has a MRP of 1700 but on the app it's showing 1975,which is 275Rs more than the original price.
