My in store experience was great, hence I decided to install the app and place few orders. However, it was a pathetic experience, few items in my order were missing, gifts reflecting in my cart were also not there in the package, the benefits associated with my order value were also not given. Its been more than 25 days since I raised a complaint but its still in pending status and not received any resolution. I have submitted the proofs so many times but they keep asking for the same.

I regret purchasing from Tira. They sold products that were almost expired just because they were on sale. One bottle lasts me 6–7 months, but the product expires in October, making it impossible to use fully. Their return service is even worse. It's been over two weeks, despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, my return hasn't been processed. Very disappointing customer service. I won't be shopping here again.

Tira is the worst shopping app I have ever used. This was my first time ordering from the app, and it has been a terrible experience. They failed to deliver my order on time and kept changing the delivery date every day for the past four days. Despite the repeated delays, I still haven't received my order. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I will never order anything from Tira again.
