worst app i ordered 3 items which were on sale and used an offer and got it for less so they decided to say that delivery attempt made for 3 days I didnt even got an call. When I tried talking to an agent they said to cancel order and order again. They clearly do not want to sell for less.I won't recommend buying from Tira ever and I won't ever do either

The worst app ever used, I ordered a makeup pouch and the quality was so pathetic that I request a return. At first the app didn't show any update or status for 4-5 days and when I contacted customer care, the lady told me everything is written in FAQs and our policy. please don't hide any policies and write all return related policies below your product so no one would buy it at first. Secondly, they didn't give any resolution to return it and cancelled the return request on her own. worst app.

So disappointed, ordered an item but never got it delivered. Tried to get help from CC but it's of no use, same reply every time, seems like a bot. Wasted my time waiting for the item to be delivered which was purposed to be a gift. BTW I ordered the item on 28th nov 25 and today is 14 th Dec 25, they have not delivered my parcel till date.
