Very disappointing. I had ordered 5 products and received a part of the shipment with wrong products. I realised there was no option to choose the "wrong product got delivered" so I choose missing products. I had made a complaint in the app and received an e mail asking for photographs. I had to do the same thing twice because apparently the photos were not clear. It has been 3 whole days and my issue has not yet been resolved. how incompetent can you be. never using it again. nykaa is the best.

I ordered from Tira again, and this time my experience was completely different from the first. The delivery was fast, and all the products arrived in good condition. I just wish the products were a bit fresher. On the bright side, I got a really good discount too, so overall it was a much better experience.Also one of the products has a MRP of 1700 but on the app it's showing 1975,which is 275Rs more than the original price.

I regret purchasing from Tira. They sold products that were almost expired just because they were on sale. One bottle lasts me 6–7 months, but the product expires in October, making it impossible to use fully. Their return service is even worse. It's been over two weeks, despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, my return hasn't been processed. Very disappointing customer service. I won't be shopping here again.
