The worst app ever. I bought some products on republic day offer. I prepaid for the same. after some days without even attempting for delivery, the order was initiated for return. I contacted the costomer care , they assured me that I will be getting my order by the end of that day. so I trusted them. later in the app it was refund completed. Then again I called the customer care people, then they said sorry!! Refund amount was not reflecting on my bank account too. very disappointed.

Abysmal service. Emailed them about a missing item with a clear description of the issue. 7 different people called me 7 different times over a week, all of whom had no idea what the issue was, promising to call back with an update, but instead just passing it on to someone else who had even less of a clue what the issue was. How hard can it be to read an email? How hard can it be to fix a simple missing item issue? They also closed the issue thrice without resolving it.

I wish I could give a zero star. Disgusting service. I couldn't receive my order on the date of delivery so I requested to reschedule delivery and it got confirmed. I didn't receive my order that day. Next day, I received an email stating that my order got cancelled. The customer service sucks, the delivery service sucks, TIRA SUCKS. Period. PS: Just know that if a deal is too good to be true, it IS too good to be true. First and last attempt to buy anything from tira.
