Terrible, Causes screen on my Sony Z5 to reset every few minutes. Interrupts txt input and other essential interactions with my device. Phone was working flawlessly before install. Not impressed our IT remains with this awful system or that I'm locked out of force stop option, so I can get my phone back for weekends! I see this is a common fault too. And what is BlackBerry doing about this? Hate it! Update App updated recently. NO CHANGE
3 words.. worst worst worst. Keep crashing all the time. I don't understand why I have to install one app to support email client. It is in nowhere of competition with Good for work.
I'm not sure how they managed to create a worse user experience than Good for Enterprise, but they did. I'm particularly loving the full screen pop-up every 10 minutes to notify me that I'm still compliant with policy.
UPDATE: The 5/4/2017 updates to Blackberry Work and Blackberry Access may have fixed the battery issue with UEM Client. Battery usage is much reduced today. The UEM app is by far the largest consumer of battery life on my phone, more than double the usual suspect, the screen. This is true even with the latest UEM Client update.
Does this app work in MI5 Nougat version? Please let me know. An error is thrown saying that the device is not supported?
I wish I could give this zero stars. The whole suite is terrible. If your company is making you use this, I feel sorry for you. Garbage.
