Worked great until last update. Since then, it took out my recirculation time setting and set it to 5 minutes, won't let me change it, won't let start recirculation, nor can I change the times in my schedules. Now I waste water running until it gets hot as I live in MI. I may as well go back to a tank. Fix it or go back to prior version. I don't have any push buttons. I only have the wifi module and app. Disappointing.

After update..I keep getting "Control Fail" what is going on??? This app is so terrible...The company doesn't seem to care much. The app won't load most of the time, and when it loads it works less than 25%. I have to clear cache and login again. Now my equipment is completely disappeared from the dashboard. Can't seem to connect it at all after many tries..

I wish I could give it zero. works fine for a day or two, then completely forgets everything and won't reconnect. I had the unit on vacation mode after a long weekend, the app forgot everything, now I can't reconnect or turn the recirc pump back on its normal schedule. horrible!! Good water heater, but app is as bad as I've seen.
